A full hospitality shopfit for District 1, a Vietnamese eatery inside a busy Sydney shopping centre food precinct.

Challenge

A fixed centre-management handover date, live neighbouring tenancies trading throughout the build, and a distinctive brand identity (mustard-yellow shopfront, teal timber shutters, lantern-lit interior) that needed to be built precisely, not approximated.

Solution

Brobuilt managed the shopfront build, joinery and finishes end-to-end, coordinating around centre operating hours and delivering to the locked-in trading date.
