We confirm the approvals pathway with the certifier before we quote, whether the site sits in the City of Parramatta or Cumberland.
A centre means a landlord's pack.
The landlord's consent, WHS and pre-trade documents run alongside the statutory approvals. We program both.
Food tenancies carry their own checklist.
Food compliance, waterproofing and fire documentation are built into the program, not added at the end.

Do you work in Parramatta?
Yes. We build across Western Sydney from our base in Marsden Park.
Do I need development consent for a shop fitout in Parramatta?
Not always. Many internal fitouts can proceed under a Complying Development Certificate. We confirm the pathway before we quote.
Can you work after hours in an occupied building?
Yes. We programme after-hours and weekend work, but certifiers generally do not inspect on weekends, so we plan the final inspection for a weekday.
